Which version of Updater should I use?

There are two versions of Updater, 

Updater Community Edition: Made and maintained by users of the Innioasis Y1 and Y2, it provides automatic listing and downloads from the firmware archive

Updater: Our recently released offline tool for offline installation of packages from the firmware archive, this is useful for situations where your network does not allow you to connect to the firmware archive rendering the other tool unusable, and can also be helpful in restoring devices that have been rendered non functional by a failed update. (It can help to reboot your computer and check USB connections to make sure it works right.
