Quick Shuffle
At the top of the song list window in all folders (such as All Songs, Playlist, Artists, etc.), there is a “ Shuffle” option. Selecting it will randomly play all the songs in the current folder or list by default.
Functional Menu
In any folder or file list within the "Music" app, long-pressing Button brings up a function menu containing all or some of the following options:
Multi Select
Activate multi-select, you can slide the click wheel to navigate to the target files/songs, and confirming the selection with the Button to select the files/songs that requiring batch processing one by one.
All Select
One-click to select all current folders, files, songs.
Delete File
Delete the current folder, file, songs. For batch deletion, after multi-select or select-all, re-open the function menu and choose the Delete option.
Add to Playlist 1,2,3…
Add the current songs to the target playlist. For batch addition, complete multi-select or select-all first, then enter the function menu again and perform the Add to Playlist operation.
New Playlist
Add a new playlist, the default name of the new playlist is Playlist 6, 7…
Delete Playlist
Delete the current playlist. For batch deletion, after multi-select or select-all, re-open the function menu and choose the Delete playlist option.
Rename
Rename the current playlist.
Music App Settings
Settings within the Music app apply only to Music playback.
Shuffle
Enable/disable shuffle mode.
Short press the button to switch.
Repeat
Set loop mode. Options include: List loop, Single loop, Off.
Short press the button to switch.
Time off
Set stop playing time, The available options include: Off, 10min, 20min, 30min, 60min.
Equalizer
Offers 10 preset sound styles, including Normal, Classical, Dance, Flat, Folk, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, Rock. And supports custom EQ.Tips: The currently running style is marked with green, and the style being located is marked with light blue.
Display Song By
Set song display mode in folders/lists: file name or song name.
Song name refers to the title of the song in the metadata. Currently, the player can recognize metadata for MP3, M4A, FLAC, OGG, M4R, APE files, but it cannot recognize metadata for WMA, AAC, AMR, or MMF files. This means that when you select "Song name", songs lacking meta info will have their titles displayed as "Unknown".
List Sort
Set the sorting order for files and songs, including: A-Z, Z-A, Creation time (ascending), and Creation time (descending).
Artist View
Set whether to group songs by album under the Artist category.
Song: Display all songs directly without album grouping (default)
Album: Group songs by album; tap an album to view its tracks.
Album View
Set the display mode under the Album category.
Song: Display all tracks of the album directly (flat list)
Artist: Group tracks by artist after entering the album; tap an artist to view its songs.
Import M3U
As the name suggests, this function imports M3U playlists.
Export M3U
As the name suggests, this function export M3U playlists.
Search
Y2 Player enables you to search for target tracks or albums by entering part or all of a track title. Tap the Search button, input part or all of the track title in the pop-up input box, and you will see a preview of the search results displayed above the input box. For additional operations, please refer to the table below.

How Shuffle and Repeat Modes Work Together
