Transfer Files from Windows

Your Innioasis Y2 uses USB storage mode, not MTP. When USB storage is enabled, Windows shows the player as a removable drive in This PC. No MTP client is required.

Step-by-step

1. Connect your Innioasis Y2 to your computer with the included USB-C cable.
2. On the player, short-press the center button and confirm Turn on USB storage.
3. On Windows, open This PC.
4. Open the removable drive that represents your player.
5. Copy your files into the correct folders on the drive.
6. When finished, short-press the center button to turn off USB storage.
7. Press to return to the home screen.

Tips

While USB storage is enabled, some apps may pause or become unavailable until you turn it off.
