How to setup Innioasis Updater on Linux
Getting started with Innioasis Updater for Linux
Innioasis Updater should work on most modern Linux distributions, but if it doesn't, please report an issue, or contact the developer for assistance.
Step one
Run this command in your Terminal
Copy and paste the below command into your Terminal app (also called Konsole on KDE desktops)
curl -sL https://github.com/y1-community/Innioasis-Updater/releases/latest/download/run_linux.sh | bash
Then press the Enter Key, the installation will begin. It will take up to an hour depending on your internet connection speed.
Step two
Restart your computer
Now you've installed Innioasis Updater, give your PC a restart.
Step three
Select Innioasis Updater from your Applications Menu and run it
You should shortly see the main window of the Updater tool appear.
What's next?
Launch Updater and select your software.
You can now launch it from your Desktop or Start Menu to update your Y1 to the latest Innioasis OS 3.0.7 or even use it to install Rockbox. (It has lots of other helpful features too)
You'll be shown on screen instructions explaining how to prepare your device to install your chosen software.
