Reset Your Device

Reset or recover your Innioasis Y2 when it freezes or becomes unresponsive.

Soft reset (force shutdown)

1. Locate the reset hole on the device.
2. Press gently with a pin or SIM tool for a forced shutdown.
3. This does not erase your files or restore factory settings.
4. Power on again normally after a few seconds.

Factory reset

Open Settings, choose Factory reset, and confirm. This erases saved files on the device. Back up music and photos first.
