Function Menu

In any folder or file list within the "Video" app, long-pressing Button brings up a function menu containing all or some of the following options:

Multi Select

Activate multi-select. Slide the click wheel to navigate to target files/videos, then confirm each selection for batch processing.

All Select

One-click to select all current folders, files, and videos.

Delete File

Delete the current folder, file, video. For batch deletion, after multi-select or select-all, re-open the function menu and choose the Delete option.

Add to Playlist 1,2,3…

Add the current video to the target playlist. For batch addition, complete multi-select or select-all first, then enter the function menu again and perform the Add to Playlist operation.

New Playlist

Add a new playlist, the default name of the new playlist is Playlist 6, 7…

Delete Playlist

Delete the current playlist. For batch deletion, after multi-select or select-all, re-open the function menu and choose the Delete playlist option.

Rename

Rename the current playlist.

Video Settings

This setting is valid only for the Videos app.

Loop Mode

Select the loop mode for video playback. Available options: Single Repeat, List Loop, Off. Press the button to toggle.

List Sort

Select the sorting order for files and lists, including: A-Z, Z-A, Creation time (ascending), and Creation time (descending). Press the button to toggle.

Key Settings

Specifically designed for the PREV and NEXT buttons, allowing for custom configuration of "short press" and "long press" behaviors.① / Short Press: seek±10s seek±30s, seek±60s, / Track② / Long Press: seek±10s seek±30s, seek±60s, Continuous Seek,

Press the button to toggle.

Speed playback

Set video playback speed. Available options are: 0.5x, 0.75x, 1.0x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2.0x. Press the button to toggle.

Decoding Mode

Hardware or software decoding methods can be selected. Press the button to toggle.

Load Subtitles

Enable or disable subtitle loading. Press the button to toggle.

Scan Path

Set which folder paths the device scans to recognize video files. The default scan path is the “movies” folder in internal storage. If you store videos in other folders or on the SD card and need to include them in the scan range, you can add new locations via Add Custom Path. Here are the operation steps:

Go to Settings >> Scan Path, select Add Custom Path, then navigate to the target folder where your videos are stored. Press the Return button to switch to the Select option, then tap to confirm and finish.

FAQ

Why are the videos stored on the device not showing up?

This is because the device defaults to only scanning videos stored in the movies folder under internal storage.

Videos saved elsewhere will not be recognized until you add their storage path using Add Custom Path in Video app > Settings > Scan Path.
