Processing Your Order
Before your package is handed to the carrier, we need time to prepare it with care.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Pre-Orders: Products marked as "presale" will have different processing timelines.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
United States
- Standard: 3–5 business days.
- Expedited: 2–5 business days.
Europe
- Standard: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 2–5 business days.
General Global Delivery
- Standard Range: 3–7 working days.
- Expedited Range: 1–5 working days.
Note: These are estimates. Timelines may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, local policies, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items. We strive for transparency in our pricing.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping to the US and European countries if your order meets both criteria:
- Total purchase value is $60 or more.
- Total package weight is 1kg or less.
Standard Rates (Packages 5kg or less)
- United States (excluding islands): ~$6.89 per package.
- Canada: ~$6.89 per package.
- France: ~$7.19 per package.
Heavy Goods Rates (Packages over 5kg)
For heavier items, fees are tiered by weight:
- 5.01kg – 10kg: ~$59.90
- 10.01kg – 15kg: ~$99.90
- 15.1kg – 25kg: ~$119.90
Special Regional Rates
Shipping to Saudi Arabia incurs higher logistics costs:
- Packages ≤ 5kg: ~$150.00
- Packages > 5kg: Rates increase based on weight.
Where We Ship
We deliver to over 120 countries and regions, including:
- North America: United States (excluding islands) and Canada.
- Europe: Most European nations.
- Asia & Oceania: Including China, Japan, and South Korea.
- South America.
Non-Eligible Markets
We currently cannot ship to remote areas, active war zones, or countries that prohibit the import of specific goods.
