Transfer Files from macOS

Your Innioasis Y2 uses USB storage mode, not MTP. The printed manual describes Windows steps; on macOS you use the same on-player USB storage toggle, and the player should mount as a normal volume - no MTP client such as OpenMTP is required or correct for this model.

Step-by-step

1. Connect your Innioasis Y2 to your Mac with the included USB-C cable.
2. On the player, short-press the center button and confirm Turn on USB storage.
3. In Finder, look for a removable volume representing the player.
4. Copy your files into the appropriate folders.
5. Eject the volume from Finder before unplugging the cable.
6. On the player, turn off USB storage with the center button, then press to return home.

Note: If the volume does not appear, unlock the player screen, confirm USB storage is on, and try another USB port or cable.
