What you'll need

Innioasis Updater should work great Windows 11 (24H2) and with the included USB Type A to Type C cable, like the one included with the player, but if it doesn't, please report an issue, or contact the developer for assistance.

Step one: Install Drivers

First, download DriverInstall.exe (tap/click here to download)

then double click the DriverInstall.exe package to install the necessary MediaTek SP USB Drivers, your computer will ask you if you would like for the driver installer to:

  • Make changes to your computer - this is necessary in order for your computer to send firmware update packages to your Innioasis Y1
  • Remove original driver - so that potential driver conflicts with older incompatible versions can be prevented

You'll need to say yes for both of these

Once the driver has finished installing, please move to...

Step two: Restart your computer

In order for the drivers needed to update the firmware on your Innioasis Y1 to work, you'll first need to shut down and restart your computer.

Once you have restarted, it's time for...
