Transfer Files from iPhone

Per the Q8 manual, music stored on an iPhone or iPad cannot be transferred directly to the Q8. Export music to a computer first, then use the Windows or macOS computer transfer guide for this player.

Transfer music from iPhone or iPad

1. Export music from your iPhone or iPad to your computer using iTunes, Finder, or a tool such as iTools.
2. Copy the exported files to your Q8 using the Windows or macOS MTP guide.

Transfer photos and videos with Send Anywhere

1. Install "Send Anywhere" on your iPhone or iPad from the App Store.
2. Select photos or videos you are allowed to share from the Photos app.
3. Send the files and note the 6-digit key or QR code.
4. On your Q8, open File transfer / Send Anywhere, choose Receive, and enter the key.

Note: Send Anywhere Wi-Fi Direct does not work with the Q8 because the player has no camera.
